We have been going to Bark & Luv with our new puppy for several months now to use their self bath facility. It's great! Super clean and modern with everything you would need. The store itself is very inviting with everything your pet could need. Every employee has been super nice and accommodating and we were pleasantly surprised to meet up with Malinda who we have known since 2010 when she had her own shop. A great welcoming environment. After researching the best pet stores in the area, Bark & Luv caught my eye. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was more than just a pet store; it was a true pet experience! The store boasts an incredible selection of food, supplies, and toys, with options for every budget, from affordable to luxury. What truly impressed me was the immaculate cleanliness and the unique option to use private rooms for bathing your dog, complete with great lighting and all the necessary supplies for a spa-like experience. Meeting Megan, the owner, was a highlight—she was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all my questions as a new Chandler resident. She even has a degree in nutrition which was incredibly impressive to me! I usually read more reviews than I write, but I couldn't let this experience go unshared. No matter where you live, Bark & Luv is worth the drive. This stunning place has everything from pet necessities to sheer fun. I've found my new favorite spot in Chandler and can't wait to visit often!
