While we hope your furry friend loves everything you bring home, we understand that’s not always the case. For those (hopefully rare) times you purchase something that your pet doesn’t approve of, you can find our shipping & returns policy below.

Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 2 business days processing time for shipment of all orders.  Our shipping and delivery options may vary based on the product selected.  Some items are not available for shipping including, but not limited to, decorated cakes and any frozen products.  Shipping costs are determined by the item(s) selected.  All orders are shipped via USPS.  For orders under 15 lbs they have a flat rate of $9.99.  Customer to pay shipping cost actuality for all orders over 15 lbs.  A team member of Bark & Luv will reach out to you to coordinate shipping costs for large orders.  As always, local home delivery and curbside pickup options are available.

Returns Policy
At Bark & Luv, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.

General Merchandise: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Food Items: All dog/cat food is guaranteed by the manufacturer. For returns, items must remain in their original packaging.
Toys: Returns are only accepted if the toys are in new condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Events Policy
In consideration of Bark & Luv permitting me and/or my pet to participate in the Bark & Luv events and activities, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims which I may hereafter accrue to me or which I may assert against Bark & Luv, event sponsors, their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns, for personal injury or property damage which I may suffer or sustain as a result of my participation in any Bark & Luv event or activity, and I hereby assume all risks of any such injury and damage.  I certify that my pet and I are physically fit to participate in any event which I may enter.  I certify that my dog is fully vaccinated and over the age of six months.  I further grant permission to the use of photographs of me and my animal in any media accounts and promotions of Bark & Luv events.
