PLEASE READ THE SELF-WASH RULES AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1). Self-Washes are allocated 20 minutes to complete the wash in the tub and blow drying/brushing out. Additional time is available for purchase.

2). Pets with flea infestations must be treated prior to entering our facility.

3). Customers are not permitted to use cutting tools or scissors of any kind when in our facility due to liability. You may bring your own shampoo, conditioner if you choose.

4). Leave your pet in the tub when using the forced air dryers. The dryers are be used to remove excess hair and water from your pets’ coat.

5). Please put your used towels in the hampers in the wash rooms.

6). Please do not use the towels on the floor – our staff will clean up any excess water on the floor when you are done.

7). Leave all the tools and shampoo bottles in the tub so we can clean and refill them once you are done.

8). Restraints are provided in the tubs to prevent your dog from jumping out. If your dog needs assistance getting into the tub, ramps are available for use.

9). DO NOT leave your pet unattended, while in the tubs, or the dog wash rooms.  Need assistance, push the call button and our staff will be there to assist as soon as possible.

10). Please take care of our equipment as if were your own.

11). Do not allow hair to go down the drain.  

12). Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult.

13). If your wash/dry time exceeds 20 minutes, you will be charged accordingly per the extra time allotment, rounded to the nearest minute.

14). Dogs must be leashed when outside of the self-wash rooms.

15). For the safety of all our customers, disruptive and/or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave, at management’s discretion.
