Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and shipment. Shipping and delivery options may vary depending on the product selected.

Shipping Restrictions:
Some items, such as decorated cakes and frozen products, are not available for shipping unless otherwise specified. Please contact us for availability.

Shipping Costs & Fees:

• Orders Under $50: $9.99 shipping fee via USPS for most orders under 15 lbs.
• Orders Over $50: $14.99 shipping fee via USPS for most orders under 15 lbs.

Large or Frozen Orders:

• Orders over 15 lbs: Customers are responsible for the actual shipping costs. After you place your order, a Bark & Luv team member will contact you with the exact shipping fee before processing your payment or shipment.

Frozen Shipping (Summer Months):
At Bark & Luv, your pet’s safety and product quality come first. To ensure all frozen items arrive safely, we pause frozen shipping during the hotter summer months. Shipping will resume once temperatures are consistently cooler. Local delivery remains available year round.

Frozen Shipping Details & Disclaimer:
When available, frozen items are carefully packed with dry ice and shipped via next day delivery to help maintain freshness. Due to the nature of frozen shipping, additional fees apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order leaves Bark & Luv, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Because factors like weather and transit delays are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that products will arrive fully frozen.

By placing an order for frozen items, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping. All frozen item purchases are final and non refundable.

Local Options:
Local home delivery and curbside pickup options are available for customers in our service area. These options may help you avoid shipping fees.

Returns Policy

At Bark & Luv, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle free.

• General Merchandise: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Food Items: All dog and cat food is guaranteed by the manufacturer. For returns, items must remain in their original packaging.
• Toys: Returns are only accepted if the toys are in new condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Events Policy

In consideration of Bark & Luv permitting me and/or my pet to participate in the Bark & Luv events and activities, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims which I may hereafter accrue to me or which I may assert against Bark & Luv, event sponsors, their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns, for personal injury or property damage which I may suffer or sustain as a result of my participation in any Bark & Luv event or activity, and I hereby assume all risks of any such injury and damage. I certify that my pet and I are physically fit to participate in any event which I may enter. I certify that my dog is fully vaccinated and over the age of six months. I further grant permission to the use of photographs of me and my animal in any media accounts and promotions of Bark & Luv events.
