COVID-19 and Shipping Delays:
As a result of Covid-19, postal services all over the world are experiencing unforeseen shipping volume causing mail service disruptions and delays. We are still taking orders at this time, and no additional time is being taken to process your order. You will be provided tracking information for your order as soon as it becomes available, however, once your order has been shipped, you should expect a delay until further notice. We recommend following your package's tracking and checking updates with your local courier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation to follow along with your courier. Please be sure to check your emails and/or SMS notifications depending on the shipping details you provided at checkout.
Note on Multiple Packages:
In an effort to reduce overall shipping time and processing delays, we begin working on your order as soon as it is placed. Often this means that orders will contain multiple packages shipped as soon as possible, rather than a single package at a later date. This does not affect the cost of shipping to our customers, and allows us to maintain the order delivery times quoted above.
